About

CedarBridge Therapy Services offers a more thoughtful and sustainable approach to school-based speech-language support.

As a therapist-owned small business, we are honored to build relationships with school districts in need of individualized support. With experience in rural and underserved settings, we value the opportunity to give back by providing the specialized services students deserve. We approach each partnership ready to listen, collaborate, and be of help.

We recognize the challenges districts face —staffing shortages, increasing caseloads, and gaps in service that make consistency difficult to maintain. When placements are not well-aligned, it can lead to turnover, disruption, and lost time and resources.

We work with experienced school-based clinicians not just to fill a role, but to create partnerships that are effective, well-integrated, and built for long-term success.

We are committed to building lasting partnerships and helping districts direct time and resources to where they matter most.

Meet the Founder

Brigitte Thomas, MS, CCC-SLP
Founder & Speech-Language Pathologist

CedarBridge Therapy Services grew from a desire to build strong partnerships where students, teachers, and SLPs can thrive.

Over the course of my career of more than 20 years, I’ve been fortunate to learn from the incredible teams I’ve been a part of. These experiences have shaped my understanding of what both districts and clinicians need to succeed.

CedarBridge was created to offer a more thoughtful, relationship-centered approach—one that supports schools, values clinicians, and ultimately prioritizes helping students succeed in consistent, meaningful and lasting ways.
